Our VIP members can now return a purchased shirt, if it doesn’t fit, for a different size, and the entire return shipping – your shipping label back to us and the new shirt back to you – is on us.  This offer is for all Le Motto Couture and Elements shirts purchased at full price (no sale items) from customers within the USA (not available for international orders).

To qualify, you must contact us within three days of receiving your order and initiate the exchange request within these three days.  If you miss the 3-day deadline or if you purchase a shirt at a sale or discounted price, but wish to exchange for a different size, we still honor our general return policy that requires you to pay for the shipping back to Le Motto, but we still pay for the shipping of the replacement shirt back to you.

So, if a shirt you purchase isn’t the right size, just email us at service@lemotto.com and reference your order number and the email that you used to join our VIP list, along with the new size you would like.  If you qualify for this exchange offer (see criteria above), we will then send you a mailing label to ship your shirt back to us, and once we receive your returned shirt, we’ll send you the new size.  Please remember that we cannot accept shirts that are missing their tag or have been worn, washed or altered.
